Give Us a Hand

Please give us a hand – as much as we love it we cannot live on applause!

Composer Gian Carlo Menotti said “If an arts organization runs in the black it is doing something wrong.”

He wasn’t advocating irresponsibility but was making quite a serious point: ticket sales account for less than 50 percent of the cost of each concert. It’s always been our desire to keep ticket prices at an affordable level, so we seek to make up the difference through the generosity of our friends.
