Our season continues on December 6th when we invite you to pause as winter solstice nears, the night draws its brilliant dark hues and the stars above illuminate the sky for Constellations, an intimate and reflective performance taking place at St. Vincent DePaul in Lincoln Park.

Anchored by Michael Harrison’s Just Constellations, this program explores beauty and awe. The ancient sounds of early Renaissance composers William Cornysh and Jean Mouton sparkle next to Arvo Pärt and Kerensa Briggs.

Described as “glacially beautiful” by Alex Ross of the New Yorker, Harrison’s work explores the interlocking relationship between intonation and modality – centering the program in wonder.
